Our Christian curriculum is based on information and requirements from two area elementary schools.  Our class curriculum build on what kindergarten teachers prefer that entering kindergartners know and developmentally appropriate practices.  These skills will give your child an advantage when beginning  kindergarten.

 What your 4-year-old will learn:

· Letter recognition & handwriting

· Read/write name

· Read/recite numbers to 30

· Emergent reading skills

· Pre-math concepts

· Cooperative social skills

 

What your 3-year-old will learn:

· Basic letter recognition

· Read name (beginning of year)

· Write name (end of year)

· Read/recite numbers to 10

· Emergent reading/math skills

· Emotional/Cooperative social skills

 

What your 2-year-old will learn:

· Introduction of learning concepts through

        Songs, fingerplays, books, and games

· Introduction to social situations

· Basic motor skills  through arts & crafts

· Turn-taking & sharing
